Fee Rules & Regulations

The school has two terms – April to September which is the first term and October to March which is the second term. Fee is payable in advance at the beginning of each term. The school will issue a statement of dues for incidental expenses incurred by the child at the end of each term to the parents and fees must be paid within four weeks of issue of account statement by the School Accounts Office. Late fees would be payable as per school rules if the outstanding dues are not paid on time.

Fee is charged from the beginning of each term irrespective of the joining date of the child. If a child is withdrawn mid-term, the fees for the entire term would be payable.

• Students will not be allowed to return to school after the vacations, unless the accounts for previous school term has been settled in full. No reduction is allowed for broken periods. All dues must be cleared before the child leaves the school.
• The school fee is increased annually and the same shall be applicable to all students.
• The school reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover outstanding dues, from parents who withdraw their child from school without clearing outstanding payments.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Muktsar Sahib courts only.
